Fairly clean hotel, the staff was very knowledgeable and hospitable.

The room was very pretty nice, very comfy bed. It took only 5 minutes to walk to Opera Theater bus stop.

During my stay at Panorama Hotel, I had an incredible experience with their attentive service. Despite not being a guest, the hotel staff went above and beyond to assist me. They helped me book a driver and excursion, called taxis for me, and even allowed me to print out my travel documents. Their level of hospitality was truly exceptional. I highly recommend Panorama Hotel and will definitely be staying there on my next trip to Lviv. I was thoroughly impressed by the service and would recommend this hotel to others.

location really close to opposite the opera house and an art gallery and forum shopping mall. tasty food in the restaurants such as opera underground, located 5 min away. wi-fi and ample channels available in the guest room. great-sized bathroom and a tub with good sewerage.

It was real good stay, I liked outstanding food.

The hotel was wonderful with nice hot breakfasts. The staff was attentive & particularly helpful. The location was unbeatable, for example, Museum-Arsenal was approx 10-15 minutes' walk from the property.

The recently renovated rooms are bright and come with central heating, a safe, and multi-channel television. The stunning views over the old town are a highlight. The location is absolutely perfect, and the hotel offers exceptional facilities and a great restaurant.

Safe place, clean, newly remodelled rooms and particularly helpful staff. Ideal and exceptionally nice location in Lviv, close enough to market place, Opera House where the Hop On Hop Off big bus starts and neighboring the Opera. Again, walking distance to a military church. Lots of food in the hotel, rooftop restaurant.

The hotel is clean, has views of the square and downtown. Make sure you stay in the suite with balcony, a really nice view.

Nothing special,the rooms and the furniture witout estetic,the breakfast room in the basement of the hotel bring you sadness in the morning.Because the lightning is not good. I didn,t like this hotel.Only the restaurant in the roof is nice and you have a beautifull view of the city.

The rooms are bright and recently renovated, with new furniture and cozy beds, for example. 😊

Friendly staff, perfect cuisine, excellent location at the very center of the city

The staff was genuinely helpful and really helpful without being intrusive. The guest room we stayed in was quiet and recently refurbished. The breakfast was good hot with excellent view and the sausages, for example and attention to detail.
